These 1/2" Dot Shot® Pro Low Profile Glue Dots® are pre-extruded hot melt adhesive dots supplied on a continuous roll of 1,500 units. At just 1/64" (0.0156") thick, the low profile construction keeps the adhesive virtually hidden between bonded surfaces — ideal for applications where dot visibility would detract from finished presentation. The clear dots bond instantly on contact and remove cleanly, lifting away without leaving adhesive residue behind.
Medium tack strength makes these dots well suited for attaching coupons, promotional cards, inserts, product samples, and lightweight printed materials in retail packaging, direct mail, and fulfillment environments. Because no heat, water, or drying time is required, they integrate easily into high-volume production lines and eliminate the mess and burn risk associated with liquid or hot-glue alternatives.
Non-toxic, odorless, and FDA compliant, these dots are designed for use with the Dot Shot® Pro Dispenser Gun. Each roll contains 1,500 dots and ships via parcel carrier.
