Instapak Quick® RT #10 foam bags measure 15 x 18 inches and deliver on-demand expanding foam cushioning without a preheating or warming unit. The RT (Room Temperature) formulation activates within the sealed bag at ambient temperatures between 65° and 90°F, making this a fully portable, self-contained cushioning system deployable anywhere in a facility.
The self-contained chemical activation means no equipment to maintain, no foam residue to clean up, and no dedicated packing station required. This makes Instapak Quick® RT well-suited for warehouse shipping lines, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, retail back rooms, and temporary or remote packing operations where flexibility and speed are priorities.
The expanding foam conforms to the shape of the enclosed product, providing consistent void fill and surface cushioning for irregularly shaped, fragile, or high-value items. Each case contains 36 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
