This 5/8" x 5400' black polypropylene hand-grade strapping features an embossed surface pattern that increases flexibility and allows the strap to conform to uneven load contours, absorbing transit impact without snapping. Wound on a standard 8x8" core and weighing 35 lbs per coil, it produces no sharp edges during application or removal — a key handling advantage over steel strapping.
Hand-grade poly strapping is well suited for palletized goods, bundled materials, and reinforced cartons in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment environments. Its weather-resistant properties support both indoor staging and outdoor load securing, while the split-resistant construction discourages tampering and pilferage during transit.
At approximately half the weight of comparable steel strapping, polypropylene reduces shipment weight and operator fatigue over extended use. Each coil is compatible with standard 8x8" core tensioners and sealers. Sold as one coil per order.
