Stayflats Plus® White Self-Seal Mailers deliver built-in rigidity through lightweight chipboard construction, eliminating the need for separate stiffener boards or inserts at the packing station. The 7 x 9 inch exterior format is engineered to ship flat without bending, buckling, or crushing fragile contents in transit.
These mailers are well suited for e-commerce, retail distribution, professional services, and direct mail operations shipping documents, photographs, certificates, artwork, and printed materials that cannot tolerate folding. The clean white exterior supports branded and unbranded outbound fulfillment alike.
Closure is achieved with a peel-and-seal adhesive strip requiring no tape or sealing equipment, and an integrated pull-tab tear strip gives recipients a clean, tool-free opening experience. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
