Central® 240 Reinforced Water Activated Tape is a fiberglass-yarn-reinforced, starch-based tape that creates a tamper-evident, permanent bond when moistened. The white finish accepts print and labels cleanly, supporting shipment identification and branding requirements directly on the tape surface.
The tamper-evident bond and tear-resistant construction make this tape well suited for high-volume corrugated carton sealing in e-commerce fulfillment centers, retail distribution, and manufacturing operations. The adhesive performs consistently in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments, including cold storage and heated shipping docks.
Fiberglass yarn filaments are bonded between paper layers, delivering tensile reinforcement that resists carton burst during transit. The patented starch-based adhesive activates on contact with water and is compatible with standard water-activated tape dispensers. Each case contains 10 rolls. Ships via parcel carrier.
